Patients of Woodchurch Surgery are welcome to join us at our PPG meetings held every two months on the last Monday of the month. The meetings are largely informal and are held at The Bonny Cravat starting at 6pm.
The format of the meeting is usually a welcome and address by the Chairman, a review of the minutes of the last meeting, matters arising from this, a report from the Chairman on Ashford PPG meetings (and any others that may have been attended), news from the Surgery and then the Members Forum. The members forum is where you are able to raise suggestions to improve the practice's service provision or provide constructive feedback. The main focus of the meeting is then turned to the speaker. We invite speakers to our meetings and these have ranged from Arthritis Action, the Macular Society to the Fire Brigade for a demonstration on giving CPR.
If you would like to join the PPG or find out more please contact our Chair, Philippa Jones (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Helen Fox, Practice Manager KMCCG.email@example.com.
In view of Covid-19, we have not been able to hold meetings but have instead shared information through a newsletter. These are below for your reference:
