Woodchurch Patient Participation Group

Patients of Woodchurch Surgery are welcome to join us at our PPG meetings held every three months on a Monday evening. The meetings are largely informal and are held at The Annexe, The Memorial Hall starting at 6pm.

Our meeting dates in 2025 are:

17th February, 9th June, 11th August and 17th November

The format of the meeting is usually a welcome and address by the Chairman, a review of the minutes of the last meeting, matters arising from this, a report from the Chairman on Ashford PPG meetings (and any others that may have been attended), news from the Surgery and then the Members Forum. The members forum is where you are able to raise suggestions to improve the practice's service provision or provide constructive feedback. The main focus of the meeting is then turned to the speaker. We invite speakers to our meetings and these have ranged from Arthritis Action, the Macular Society to the Fire Brigade for a demonstration on giving CPR.
